Centaury is for people who find it difficult to set boundaries. Who quickly say "yes", even when they actually feel something different.

In this state, there is a tendency to please others and put yourself in the background. You adapt, help, give... but often at the expense of your own energy and needs. Saying no feels uncomfortable, as if you are disappointing someone or doing something wrong.

This can lead to fatigue, or the feeling of being lived. You somehow know what you want, but it doesn't really come out.

Centaury helps to let go of this subservience and supports the strengthening of your own will. It brings you back in touch with yourself and helps you to feel and express your boundaries more clearly.
