Platbos Imphepho Flower Essence

Use it when you feel something old or heavy lingering, or when you need a new beginning. Imphepho invites you to let go and experience space anew, and encourages a moment of stillness and connection.

Usage & duration
Take 3 to 4 drops daily under the tongue or diluted in a glass of water.
Hold the drops in your mouth for a moment and take this time as a small break, an invitation to turn inward and consciously attune to the energy of the essence.

Platbos essences are typically used in a cycle of 3 to 4 weeks, allowing their effect to gradually unfold on an emotional and energetic level. The effects can be subtle yet profound and often continue to work after use.

Trust your intuition: when you feel that a process has softened or concluded, you may finish. If desired, you can extend the cycle or start again.
