Using the Colour Essences

As a general rule, take 4 drops of the chosen essence in water, 3 times a day for 4 weeks.

You can use the Colour Essences on their own or in combination with the Tree Essences. These help to ground the particularly high frequencies of the color rays and integrate them into the body and energy field.
