Zechsal magnesium oil is the highly concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride, dissolved in water. It is called magnesium oil because it feels oily. Magnesium oil is ideal for quickly and effectively absorbing magnesium through the skin. Convenient and economical to use, for the whole body. The best places to absorb magnesium are the feet, armpits, and abdomen. But if you suffer from cramps or tense muscles, it is also advisable to treat the area itself.

Tip: store at room temperature to prevent crystals in the liquid!

Dosage and use

Use 10 sprays daily (approx. 200 mg, half of the daily requirement), preferably spread throughout the day, e.g., in the morning and evening. Allow it to work for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse off if desired. A slight tingling and a warm feeling are normal and indicate that the magnesium is being absorbed. Your skin will become pleasantly supple, and you can enjoy the total relaxation.

Tip: if the skin is warm (e.g., after showering or after exertion), this greatly promotes absorption. Avoid contact with eyes or open wounds, as this can cause a stinging sensation. Please note: if the oil comes into direct contact with your clothing or bedding, it can cause stains. So always let it absorb before going to bed or putting on clothes. When using before bed, it is best to wear an old shirt or use socks if you have applied it to your feet.
