Zechsal magnesium crystal bath crystals invite you to a moment of peace and care, ideal for slowing down and relaxing. The crystals consist of pure magnesium chloride in solid form. The crystals dissolve excellently in water. The feet are an excellent absorption point for magnesium.

Magnesium supports relaxation, energy and balance in the body and helps reduce fatigue.

The bag is good for 2 to 4 full baths or 16 foot baths. A full bath for relaxation & skin care requires a dosage of half to 1 kg.

Dosage and use

For normal maintenance of your magnesium balance, take a foot bath twice a week. In case of health complaints, we recommend taking a foot bath every other day, preferably in the evening before going to sleep. Dosage: 125 grams in approx. 4 litres of warm water. The recommended temperature is 37 degrees Celsius. Duration: at least 20 minutes, optimal is half an hour.
