The Gaia Essence is the third Divine Presence Essence – exceptionally special essences that, under spiritual guidance, were created by Ian White and can offer powerful support in our growth and development.

The Gaia Essence is deeply grounding and helps us to raise our consciousness while remaining firmly rooted. It supports us in fully embracing and experiencing the energy flowing to the earth, and promotes a loving, protective connection with the earth itself.

This essence helps us to reconnect with our Higher Self and our Divine Purpose, in a way that is both profound and grounded. It supports us in remaining centered, connected to the Divine, and present in our body, heart, and mind, so that we can naturally radiate our light into the world.

Additionally, the Gaia essence helps us to open ourselves to the transformative changes occurring both within and around us. It balances the divine masculine and feminine within us, and encourages us to feel safe with change and to accept the associated emotions with more confidence.

Preparation: This essence is available in stock strength. To prepare a dosage bottle, add 7 drops to a bottle of up to 15ml containing 1/3 brandy and 2/3 purified water.

Dosage: 7 drops from the dosage bottle are taken under the tongue upon rising and retiring, usually for at least 2 weeks. We recommend taking the Essence on its own, not mixing it with other Essences. The Gaia Essence works hand-in-hand with the Solar Logos Essence, and we would recommend that if you have not taken the Solar Logos Essence, you take it after the Gaia Essence.
