Gemmotherapy uses concentrated bud macerates. This technique involves soaking fresh buds and young shoots in a mixture of water, alcohol, and glycerine. The resulting concentrate is not diluted and is therefore called mother macerate.

Usage of AlphaGem Elm Ulmus Campestris Organic:

5 to 15 drops per day, between meals, directly on the tongue (hold the product in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing), unless otherwise advised by your healthcare professional. The drops can also be diluted with a little water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
