Usage: Your body may react at first as it tries to excrete waste products. This can cause minor skin irritations and may be unpleasant, but it is important to persevere. Give your body at least 2 to 3 weeks to get used to it. And remember that this also replenishes your magnesium balance. Magnesium is particularly well absorbed under the armpits.
